Free web tools

Small utilities we kept needing ourselves, so we built them properly and left the door open. No account to create, no daily cap, no watermark waiting at the end. Open one, do the thing, get on with your day.

Four of the five run right inside your browser. Image files, generated passwords, and subnet entries never go to Bitfoo; DNS lookups go directly to a named public resolver so it can return a live answer.

Images

Image Compressor

Shrink image files without making them look shrunk. Handy when a page is loading slowly, or when a form insists your photo is too big.

Images

Image Resizer

Set the exact dimensions you need — a header, a thumbnail, a profile photo — and get the resized file straight back.

Network

DNS Lookup

Check what a domain is actually pointing at right now. Most useful in the hour after you've changed something and want to know whether it's taken effect yet.

Security

Password Generator

A strong, random password you didn't have to invent. Choose the length, choose what goes in it, copy it, done.

Network

Subnet Calculator

Give it an IPv4 or IPv6 address and a CIDR prefix, then get back the network range, masks, address counts, and the details that apply to that protocol. No binary arithmetic on a napkin.

More on the way

This list is going to grow. We build these as we run into the gaps ourselves, and we take requests — if there's a small job you find yourself hunting for a tool to do every time, tell us and we'll take a look at building a clean version of it.

No catch worth mentioning

  • Free to use, with no account to create.
  • No daily quotas, watermarks, or artificial waiting. Practical browser-safety limits apply to very large images.
  • No ads. Your files, generated passwords, and tool entries are not included in Bitfoo analytics.
  • The image tools, password generator, and subnet calculator work locally. DNS queries go directly to Cloudflare Public DNS or Google Public DNS.
