What is the uptime guarantee?
All web hosting plans are covered by a 99.9% uptime SLA, measured monthly. If we fall short, you receive service credit for the affected period.
Can I install WordPress?

Where are your servers located?
You choose your datacenter at order time: New York City, Las Vegas, London, Luxembourg, or Singapore.
Is SSL included?
Yes. A free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate is included with every hosting plan. Paid SSL certificates with extended validation and warranty coverage are also available.
How do backups work?
Daily automated backups run via JetBackup — both local and offsite copies. You can restore from any recent backup with a single click from your control panel.
What happens if I exceed my resource limits?
If your site exceeds the CPU or RAM allocated to your plan, resources are throttled within your plan's limits via CloudLinux LVE. Your site stays online — it won't affect other accounts, and other accounts won't affect you. If you're consistently hitting limits, upgrading to a higher plan or moving to a VPS will give you more headroom.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Business or Pro at any time. The transition is handled through the client portal with no downtime. You'll pay the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and your new plan takes effect immediately.
